N is for Noah Preschool Activity

For Letter N week, we dove into the story of Noah's Ark! This was such a fun, creative week with lots of building, reading, and coloring.

Building Noah's Ark

The highlight of our week was building our very own Noah's Ark out of a big Costco box and construction paper. The kids had a blast cutting, gluing, and decorating their ark. It took a few days to complete, which made it even more special — they kept coming back to add new details.

Reading Noah's Ark Books

We read several versions of the Noah's Ark story throughout the week. Each book had different illustrations and slightly different tellings, which gave us great opportunities to compare and discuss. The kids loved pointing out the different animals in each version.

Animal Coloring

I printed out coloring pages of various animals for the kids to color throughout the week. As they colored each animal, we talked about the animal's name, what letter it starts with, and where it lives. Then we added the colored animals to our ark!

This was one of those weeks where everything came together beautifully. The combination of reading, building, and creating kept everyone engaged and learning.
