Ocean Activities for Preschool

Our ocean-themed preschool week was packed with fun activities! Here's a roundup of everything we did during our Letter O ocean week.

Our Favorite Ocean Activities

  • Pout-Pout Fish Feelings Craft — We made paper plate fish inspired by The Pout-Pout Fish book and practiced identifying feelings
  • Ocean Sensory Bin — Blue water beads, shells, and sea creature figurines for hours of exploration
  • Fishing for Numbers — A number matching game where kids fish for numbered fish
  • Ocean Books — We read our favorite ocean books throughout the week
  • Beach Cupcakes — A fun baking activity where we made cupcakes that look like the beach
  • Letter O Tracing — Printable worksheets for practicing the letter O

The O is for Ocean activity pack includes printable worksheets for all of these activities plus more. It's designed to give you a full week of themed learning in easy 10-minute chunks.
